Appointments:
Appointments are required for all spa services, but walk ins are welcome. We will do our best to accommodate you. To secure appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking.
New Clients please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment start time to fill out required client forms.
In consideration to the clients scheduled after you, if your arrival is past the scheduled time, your services may be shortened.
Cancellations:
As a courtesy, we give you a reminder call the day before to confirm your appointment. If we do not speak directly to you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment. As a courtesy to other clients and technician, appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged $50. Same fee applies to No Shows.
Attire:
Please come in casual attire – something you can easily slip off. During most treatments, you will wear a robe and only the treatment are will be exposed.
Nudity Concerns: Our technicians are well trained in the "art of draping" which means that the area of the body they are working on is the only area exposed at that time. They also leave the treatment room before and after your treatment for you to change attire.
Children at the Spa:
We ask that no children under the age of 13 be in the facility without an appointment for services and accompanied by an adult.
Health and Medicine Disclosures:
We ask that you advise us of any recent sun tanning, illness, injury or change in your health status (medicines), prior to any treatment(s), to ensure all safety precautions and to be sure, our treatments do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues you may have. Please include this information on the client information forms. Our Spa abides by HIPPA rules and regulations with all of your personal and medical information.
Payments:
We accept most major credit cards, Visa, Master Charge, American Express and Discover.
You may also fill out an appointment request on-line. We will call you when we receive the on-line appointment request and take your credit card information via telephone to secure your appointment. You can always call 469-426-2663 to schedule an appointment.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are not Taxable. Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable. In store credit only. All spa policies apply to Gift Certificates and will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for failure to give proper cancellation notice or for missed appointments. Gratuity may be added to all Gift Certificates.
Gratuities:
Gratuity is solely up to the client's discretion. You may add any amount at the time of check out in cash or charge.
